Store Manager – Premium Bedding & Furniture (Moorabbin)

Bevmarks has been a family-owned staple in the Australian sleep industry for over 30 years. We are currently handing over the keys to our Moorabbin showroom to a retail leader who knows how to drive big-ticket sales and build a high-performing team.

This isn't a back-office administrative role. It is a floor-focused leadership position built for someone who wants their income to directly reflect their store's success.

The Day-to-Day
n
You will run the Moorabbin location like it's your own business. That means:
n
n
Leading from the front: Actively selling high-ticket mattresses and bedroom suites alongside your staff.
n
Building the team: Training, mentoring, and onboarding a close-knit group of sales staff to ensure they hit their targets and deliver excellent, consultative service.
n
Running the floor: Handling all the daily operational realities, including rosters, stock coordination, store presentation, and opening/closing procedures.

What We Need From You

We are looking for a commercially-minded manager who doesn't hide behind a desk. You need:

A robust background in retail store management with a proven history of smashing sales targets.
n
Experience in consultative or big-ticket retail (bedding, furniture, appliances, or similar).
n
The organizational skills to handle the operational side of the store while keeping your focus on the customer.
