A Digital Director serves as the senior digital thought leader across the NU team, ensuring best-in-class digital planning, activation, optimisation and measurement. They will partner closely with strategy, media, creative, data and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable business impact.

THE TASK AT HAND

Own and evolve Nissan's digital and paid social strategy, roadmap and innovation agenda.
n
Ensure digital/social plans align with global and regional requirements while driving measurable business outcomes.
n
Oversee digital KPIs, forecasting, reporting and performance optimisation.
n
Translate data and insights into clear strategic recommendations for clients and teams.
n
Lead senior conversations with Nissan stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.
n
Build trusted partnerships through thought leadership, consultation and proactive problem solving.
n
Champion emerging technologies, digital and paid social best practice and test-and-learn initiatives or formats.
n
Drive digital and social capability uplift across the agency through training, mentorship and knowledge sharing.
n
Act as TBWA's digital and paid social subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance across existing clients and key agency initiatives.
n
Support business growth through contribution to new business pitches, credential development and cross-client consulting engagements.
n
Partner with leadership teams to identify digital trends.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO TBWA

Skills

4+ years' experience in digital and paid social strategy, digital and paid social media, performance marketing or digital transformation leadership.
n
Proven experience leading large-scale automotive, retail or enterprise client relationships.
n
Strong understanding of ecosystem planning, measurement, analytics and optimisation.
n
Experience presenting to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.
n
Demonstrated success contributing to business development and pitch environments.
n
Ability to translate complex data into transparent strategic recommendations.
n
Strong commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
