About the Role

Are you a reliable, safety-focused driver looking for a rewarding career in the towing and roadside assistance industry? Harvey's Towing QLD is seeking motivated and professional Tow Truck Operators to join our growing team.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Operate standard tilt tray (single car carrier) to safely and efficiently load, transport and unload a diverse range of vehicles, plant and equipment across South East Queensland.
n
Liaise with dispatch, customers and site personnel to ensure smooth job execution.
n
Participate in rostered on-call duty and travelling jobs when required, allowing for additional earning potential.
n
Maintain accurate records of jobs.
n
Adhere to company safety protocols, industry regulations, company policies, vehicle maintenance standards.
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Valid heavy vehicle licence (MR or above).
n
Proven competency in heavy vehicle operation and load restraint (towing experience is a plus but not essential - we will provide training for the right candidates).
n
Willingness and ability to participate in on-call or rotating roster for extra earnings.
n




Excellent communication skills, robust customer-service focus and ability to interact professionally with clients, site staff and dispatchers.
n
Reliable, punctual and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety under pressure.
n
Good mechanical awareness, attention to detail in vehicle checks and records.
n
