ABOUT THE ROLE:

Contribute to a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
n
Work in a positive, energetic culture that celebrates creative thinking during an exciting time of reinvention for the brand

Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
n
Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system, leveraging interactions to build long-term kikki.K loyalty.
n
Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
n
n
Excitement for the new product offering, you'll be selling, it so you need to like it!
n
Experience in a similar role, providing memorable customer interactions
n
Experience using a point-of-sale system.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
n
Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
n
