We're looking for an experienced Machine Operator who enjoys hands-on work and wants to join a busy, well-established manufacturing team.

$36 p/hr + super

Day shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm

Overtime available for additional earning potential

THE ROLE:
n
n
Operate roll formers, slitters, bending and folding machinery
n
Set up and monitor machinery throughout production runs
n
Handle and move sheet metal and finished products
n




Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
n
Assist with loading, unloading and general production duties
n
Operate an overhead crane to safely move materials where required
n
Forklift operation where licensed
n
Maintain a robust focus on safety, quality and production targets
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing
n
Sheet metal, steel, roofing or similar manufacturing experience highly regarded
n
Overhead crane experience preferred
n
Forklift Licence and experience nice to have
n
Mechanically minded and confident working around industrial machinery
n
Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
n
Reliable, safety focused and looking for a long-term opportunity
