Your Role & Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee guest check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and front-of-house operations.
n
Supervise housekeeping and upkeep standards across accommodation and common areas.
n
Supervise and support reception staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
n
Manage caretaking duties, including maintenance coordination, preventative upkeep, and ensuring resort facilities remain pristine.
n
Handle body corporate matters,



liaising with strata bodies and committees on facility upkeep, communal area obligations.
n
Liaise with the reservations and marketing teams to maximise occupancy, optimise room rates, and promote the resort's offerings.
n
Assist asset managers with administrative tasks such as reporting, inventory, and property systems.
n
Contribute to marketing and events as needed to support a seamless guest experience.

About You
n

A qualified couple with a passion for hospitality and resort lifestyle.
n
Experience in property or resort management, caretaking, or related leadership roles.
n
Familiarity with body corporate or strata management
n
Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
n
Comfortable living onsite and integrating guest care with operational responsibilities.
n
