About the Role
n
As an AIN, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Central Coast.
n
Duties may include:
n
n
Personal care and activities of daily living
n
Mobility assistance and transfers
n
Supporting resident wellbeing and engagement
n
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
n
Infection control and workplace safety compliance
n




Working collaboratively with aged care teams to deliver quality care
n
n
To Be Successful You Will Have
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
Minimum 6 months' experience in residential aged care
n
Current National Police Check
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work across multiple facilities
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
n
Full Australian working rights
n
