Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at the Brooks Running store located at our DFO South Wharf store. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.

What you'll be doing
n
Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
n
Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
n
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
n
Achieving individual and team sales targets
n
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
n
Supporting the store manager with other duties as required
n
What we're looking for
n




Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
n
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
n
Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
n
A passion for people and building connections
n
Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
