Job Description
Physiotherapist – Private Practice | Duncraig
n
My Physio Duncraig is looking for a physiotherapist to join our growing team.
n
We're a well-established private practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, evidence-informed physiotherapy in a friendly and supportive environment.
n
We're ideally looking for an experienced physiotherapist who is available close to full time, however all levels of experience and part-time availability are encouraged to apply. If you're the right person for the team, we're happy to discuss how the role could work for you.
n
Why join My Physio?
n
n
Established caseload – step into an existing patient base rather than having to build a caseload from scratch
n
Supportive team environment with experienced clinicians who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge
n
Regular professional development and clinical case discussions
n
Mentoring from experienced clinicians, including Ruth Chang (PhD, APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Advanced Scope Physiotherapist) and Adam McKnight (APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist and Shoulder Expert)
n
Generous financial support for external professional development
n
Exposure to a broad range of sports, musculoskeletal and general physiotherapy presentations
n
Longer appointment options that allow you to properly assess, treat and educate your patients
n
A genuine focus on quality clinical care, rather than upselling unnecessary treatment
n
Flexible hours with a strong focus on sustainable work-life balance
n
A modern clinic in Duncraig, with an established referral base and growing patient demand
n
n
The role
n
We are ideally looking for someone who is available close to full-time, however we are still very happy to hear from physiotherapists seeking a part-time position. We can be flexible with the exact hours for the right person.
n
We'd particularly like to hear from someone with experience in private practice who is confident managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload.
n
That said, all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. We're interested in an experienced clinician looking for a great place to work, as well as an enthusiastic early-career physiotherapist looking to develop their skills.
n
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians with extensive backgrounds in sports, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss cases, ask questions and continue developing your clinical reasoning.
n
What we offer
n
Generous remuneration with commission-based earnings, including superannuation and leave entitlements, together with a guaranteed minimum retainer.
n
For a full-time clinician, earnings are expected to be well over $100,000 per year.
n
We also provide generous financial support for external professional development, as well as small-group professional development sessions in collaboration with our network of other leading Sports Physiotherapists.
n
Most importantly, we want to create a workplace where you can enjoy being a physio, continue to improve clinically and have a life outside the clinic.
n
If you're looking for a supportive private practice with a strong clinical focus, an established caseload and a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you.
