Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.
n
Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
n
Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
n
Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
n
Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
n
Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.
n
Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
n




Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Proven leadership and management experience (minimum 3 years required)
n
Current retail pharmacy experience (preferred)
n
Solid merchandising capabilities.
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
n
Computer literacy; experience with POS Works POS system preferred, not essential.
n
Dedicated work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
n
Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
n
n
