As a Graduate Supply Chain Planner, you will gain hands‐on experience across end‐to‐end supply chain operations, working alongside experienced professionals and building the skills required for a successful career in planning, manufacturing, and operations.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Monitor inventory levels and material requirements to support production plans.
n
Create and maintain purchase requisitions and supply plans within ERP systems.
n
Track supplier deliveries and proactively manage material shortages and supply risks.
n
Support inventory optimisation initiatives to improve stock availability and reduce waste.
n
Assist in resolving material availability issues impacting production.
n
Production Scheduling
n
Support the development and maintenance of production schedules.
n
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align schedules with available capacity, labour, and materials.
n
Monitor schedule adherence and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
n
Assist with schedule changes driven by customer demand, inventory constraints, or operational requirements.
n
Data Analysis & Reporting
n
Analyse inventory, service level, and production performance data.
n
Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
n
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics.
n
Identify trends,



risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
n
Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.
n
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data accuracy.
n
Support the implementation of new supply chain tools, systems, and technologies.
n
Logistics
n
Coordinate and support transport operations to ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and in full, including scheduling freight movements, managing transport bookings, and liaising with carriers.
n
Collaborate across the supply chain with production, warehouse, customer service, and planning teams to support inventory flow, stock availability, and overall supply chain performance.
n
