About the role:

We are looking for an Experienced full time Practice Manager to join our practice to bring structure, business improvements, and business growth into our clinic.
n
In this role you will manage and support our employees and Health Care Professionals. You will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre.
n
Tasks and responsibilities:
n
n
Manage the reception team workflow, lead and support them to manage patient appointments, greet clients, take re-bookings and payments
n
Appointment scheduling
n
Billing procedures
n
Debt Collections
n
Maintenance and security
n
Privacy and quality controls of patient files and notes
n
Engagement and management of third parties
n
Support Management team with reporting and ad hoc tasks
n
Create and support a harmonious,



cheerful and engaging practice environment
n
Ensure all staff, patients and visitors follow Covid-19 health regulations
n
n
About you:
n
n
Previous experience in medical practice management is essential.
n
Demonstrated people management skills
n
Experience with recruitment, staff training and development
n
Thorough understanding of financial management of a medical business, including Medicare rebates
n
Experience with Best Practice (advantageous)
n
Experience in Practice Accreditation
n
n
