About the company

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Dentist to step into a Lead Dentist position within a newly renovated, two-chair dental practice in Sydney.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist ready to move into a senior clinical role, become a key clinician within the practice and build strong, long-term relationships with patients.
n
The practice has recently undergone a renovation, creating a fresh and professional environment for both patients and clinicians. OPG imaging is also conveniently available next door, supporting efficient diagnosis and treatment planning.
n
About the position
n
As Lead Dentist, you will play a central role in the clinical delivery of the practice while continuing to develop and maintain your own patient base.
n
The position would suit a confident general Dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and is looking for greater clinical autonomy and responsibility within a smaller practice environment.
n
Depending on your clinical interests and experience, your scope may include:
n
n
Comprehensive examinations and preventative dentistry
n
Composite restorations and cosmetic bonding
n
Crowns, bridges and restorative treatment
n
Root canal therapy
n
Simple and surgical extractions
n
Teeth whitening and cosmetic dentistry
n




Veneers and smile enhancement treatments
n
Emergency dental care
n
Implant and more complex treatment planning where appropriate
n
n
You will have the opportunity to become the lead clinical presence within the practice, provide continuity of care and develop strong relationships with patients over the long term.

Key Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
n
Several years of Australian private practice experience preferred
n
Strong general dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning skills
n
Confidence working independently in a senior clinical capacity
n
Excellent patient communication and case presentation skills
n
Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
n
Interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry highly regarded
n
Ability to build patient trust and contribute positively to practice growth
n
