WesTrac in Welshpool, WA, is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the Rebuilds Execution team and drive safety, quality and efficiency. The role reports to the Senior Supervisor and emphasizes explicit guidance, teamwork and high customer satisfaction.

The position offers a 5 days on, 2 days off roster with 10.5-hour shifts, days and nights rotation, and additional allowances. Applicants should have an HD Mechanical Trade and proven leadership experience in machine rebuilds or fleet management.
