Job Description
HumanAbility is a Jobs and Skills Council for the health, human services, aged careand disability, sport &recreationand; early childhood industries.

for the above specified industries. It is a values-based organisation, thatis not-for-profit, industry-owned and led, that is contracted by the federal government.

We have an opportunity foraAdministration Officer to join us on a full time basis in an ongoing capacity subject to funding (currently funded until mid-****). The role may belocatedanywhere in Australia and will involve travel withovernight stays for organisational meetings, stakeholder meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Key Accountabilities
n
This role will:
n
n
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence.
n
Assistin the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
n
Maintain and organise electronic, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
n
Supportlogisticsfor
events,conferences,workshops,
and meetings, including venue bookings, travel
arrangements,registrationsand
catering.
n
Work with Project Coordinators in monitoringand trackingproject timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
n
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from stakeholders, providingtimelyand courteous responses.
n
Support
ExecutiveDirectorwithanyadmin
overload.
n
Collaborate with team members toidentifyprocess improvements and implement efficiency measures.
n
Observe and followwork health, safety and wellbeing policies and guidelines.
n

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
n
High level IT skills in a range of software associated tothe role.
n
Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
n
Demonstratedproactiveapproach
and ability toefficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
n

Further Information

This positionisoffered on an ongoing basisto reflect Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) grant funding untilJune ****.
n
There may be times when it isrequiredto work outside normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends to meet operational and/or stakeholder requirements, and dependant on work deliverables, the role may berequiredto undertake travel.
n
Weoperatea hybrid working model. While flexibility is supported, the balance of office-based work, in-person attendance at meetings, events, etc and remote work will vary depending on role, location, and business needs.
n
All appointees must be willing to obtain a police check and Working with Children Check.
