Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Territory Manager to join the team at Parker Hannifin (Australia) Pty Limited. This is a full-time position based in Castle Hill, NSW and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across the region.

What you'll be doing
n
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth objectives
n
Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new customers
n
Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and advocacy
n
Provide expert technical and commercial advice to customers to support their needs
n
Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider sales and marketing teams
n
Contribute to the overall sales planning and forecasting process
n
Maintain thorough records and reporting on all sales activities and performance
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven track record of success in an account management or territory sales role, preferably within the
industrial/manufacturing
sector
n
Knowledge of Hydraulic products and systems (advantageous)
n




Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex solutions into value for customers
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships
n
Demonstrated success in developing and executing winning sales strategies
n
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
