The Chance
n
Our Bald Hill team are currently seeking a MEM Maintenance Planner. This role will work predominantly out of the Kwinana workshop with regular site visits to Bald Hill. When not on site it will be a Monday - Friday roster. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running at their best.
n
You'll be part of planning short- to long-term maintenance activities, ensuring they align with our approved maintenance plan and support the optimal performance of all AMG assets on site.
n
This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise, collaborate with skilled trades and operational teams, and make a tangible difference to the reliability and efficiency of one of MinRes key mining operations.

Key responsibilities
n
n




Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient servicing and repairs.
n
Utilise the Maintenance Management System to plan maintenance and major component replacement forecasts.
n
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure parts and materials are available as required.
n
Monitor defect reporting and condition analysis systems to keep maintenance schedules accurate and up to date.
n
Continuously seek cost efficiencies through alternative suppliers and improved maintenance planning.
n
Contribute to short- and medium-term maintenance planning to maximise equipment availability and operational productivity.

What will you bring?

Mechanical Trade essential
n
Previous experience in a maintenance planner role for HME Fleet essential
n
Sound understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles
n
CMMS Experience with Pronto Highly desirable.
n
Experience with Project / Excel etc.
n
C Class licence
n
n
