Responsibilities: What you'll be doing
n
Conduct routine inspections, servicing and repairs of both fixed facility and mobile fleet refueling equipment.
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions
n
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations
n
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities
n
Provide support and guidance to junior technicians as required
n
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion tasks
n
Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines during all tasks.
n
Qualifications & experience
n
Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or similar field is required.
n
Previous experience in the fuel industry would be an advantage but not necessary.
n
The successful applicant will need to be a strong team member
n
Ability to work un-supervised and have an understanding in all workplace health and safety issues.
n
The role offers an outstanding chance in a niche industry working predominantly with Aviation Fuels.
n
The successful applicant will be part of the Cairns workshop team providing fitting skills, completing routine maintenance and repairs for the company and their customers.
