We're looking for an energetic, hands‐on Assistant Manager to join our brand-new Concept store! This is a rare chance to be part of something from the very beginning — a vibrant, fast‐paced coffee environment where you'll take the lead on day‐to‐day operations, mentor a growing team, and help shape the culture and energy of the store from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in running daily operations
n
Leading by example on the floor – making coffee, serving customers, and assisting with food prep
n
Driving exceptional customer experiences through a friendly, energetic approach
n
Managing rosters, stock, and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
n
Motivating and coaching the team, fostering a positive, high‐performance culture
n




Ensuring WHS and hygiene standards are met across the store
n
Driving sales and team performance
n
n
What We're Looking For:

A leader with outstanding communication skills and high energy
n
Hands‐on, team‐first attitude – you're not afraid to jump in and get busy
n
Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem‐solving abilities
n
Strong customer service focus and a passion for true hospitality
n
Previous Retail experience is a plus, as a key focus of our business is retail coffee bag sales.
