What you'll do
n
Coordinate training administration including enrolments, scheduling, learner records, course logistics and participant communications.
n
Process and maintain employee and client records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and audit-ready.
n
Follow up outstanding documentation and administrative actions to ensure business processes are completed on time.
n
Act as one of the primary answerers of the Group's main telephone lines, ensuring callers receive prompt, professional service.
n
Support quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activities across the business.
n
Assist the Head of Finance and wider leadership team with administrative projects and operational support as required.
n
About you
n
3+ years in an
administrative/coordinator
role (we're welcoming applicants from any industry with strong transferable skills).
n
Emotionally intelligent, tactful and good judgement.
n
Strong logic, reasoning, and critical thinking to identify root causes, prioritise competing demands and propose practical fixes.
n
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and records.
n
Excellent digital literacy, comfortable with learning new systems and platforms.
n
Down-to-earth, dependable, and service-oriented.
