Hanrahan Health offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan – toddlers through to aged care. We work in a range of clinical settings including our beautiful clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth. Job Description
n

Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team
n
Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation
n
Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation's values
n
Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise it's effectiveness
n
Foster and maintain the positive team culture
n
Conduct regular reviews of each team member's performance
n
Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
n
Managing site issues related to Workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources
n
Seeking and capturing feedback from clients
n

About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
n
Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings ideally
n
Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
n
Own vehicle and current full driver licence
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
n
Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
