Reporting to the Manager – Value, Performance and Insights, you will provide subject matter expertise in enterprise performance, advantages realisation and strategic reporting.You will lead analysis of performance trends, risks and delivery metrics, develop executive-ready insights and recommendations, and help ensure the organisation has a clear and trusted view of progress, value and outcomes.You will also lead the development, embedment and refresh of the Corporate Plan as a key management tool to enable Corporate Strategy.

What the role will involve:
n
Performance & Value Frameworks
n
n
Lead the development, embedment and refresh of the Corporate Plan to enable Corporate Strategy
n
Ensure performance risks and issues are identified, escalated and addressed in line with organisational priorities
n
Design and improve enterprise performance frameworks including KPIs, KRIs, perks and delivery metrics
n
Support governance standards and consistent application across Groups and Business Units
n
Maintain high-quality, assured performance data to provide a single, trusted source of truth for Executive reporting
n
n
Insight & Decision Support
n
n
Analyse trends, risks, delivery gaps and systemic issues
n
Translate findings into concise, actionable insights and recommendations
n
Provide subject matter assurance on enterprise reporting and define standards for Executive messaging and communication
n
Prepare Executive and Board‐ready dashboards, reports, insights, and presentations
n
Support prioritisation, investment and governance decisions
n
n
Performance Improvement
n
n
Contribute to deep‐dive reviews into underperformance or delivery risks
n
Help identify root causes and support recovery planning with initiative owners
n
Promote a value‐driven and performance‐focused culture across the organisation
n
n
Stakeholder Engagement
n
n
Partner with PMOs, Finance, Risk and Assurance, IT, People teams and business leaders
n
Build strong relationships across the organisation to improve data quality and decision‐making
n
Provide coaching and advisory support to uplift capability in reporting and analysis
n
n
Key skills and experience:
n
You are a strategic and commercially aware professional with strong analytical capability and experience operating in complex organisations.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Degree qualification in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline
n
Extensive experience in a strategy environment, either in consulting or a large national or international organisation
n
Experience designing frameworks and communicating insights to drive decisions and actions
n
Substantial experience in business planning activities, including developing detailed action plans and monitoring and reporting on performance
n
Ability to analyse complex information and simplify it into clear insights and recommendations
n
Strong commercial acumen and problem‐solving skills
n
Experience preparing concise Board or Executive‐level materials
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
n
