About the Role

This is a hands-on Chef position where you'll be preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes to rigorous airline standards. Enjoy a dynamic and bustling atmosphere where you'll work with a structured brigade focusing on quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Your Responsibilities

Cook meals to precise menu specifications and portion guidelines.
n
Ensure the highest standard of food quality and presentation.
n
Monitor wastage and manage portion control.
n
Collaborate effectively with kitchen teams.
n
Uphold cleanliness and follow HACCP standards.
n
Contribute to safety and quality documentation.
n

The Must-Haves
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
n
Proficiency with knives and high-output kitchen experience.
n
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.
n
Ability to maintain quality under pressure.
n
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
n
Flexibility to accommodate rotational rosters.
n

Flexible availability is a must!!
