Head & Neck Prehabilitation Research Assistant

This role has flexibility to be full time or part time (3 days per week)
n
What You'll Be Working On
n
Supporting the coordination and delivery of a head and neck prehabilitation research program, including participant recruitment and consent processes
n
Collecting, entering, and managing research data with a high degree of accuracy in line with GCP and ethics requirements
n
Assisting with literature reviews, outcome measure administration, and preparation of reports or publications
n
Liaising with the multidisciplinary clinical team to support participant scheduling and study protocol compliance
n
What You'll Bring
n
A completed or near-completed degree in allied health, exercise science, nutrition, or a related health discipline
n
Demonstrated experience or coursework in research methodology and data collection
n
Familiarity with oncology or cancer rehabilitation settings, or a genuine commitment to developing this knowledge at Lifehouse
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing participant records and research documentation
n
Clear, confident communication with clinical staff, researchers,



and patients from diverse backgrounds
n
Ability to work independently within a part time schedule while remaining connected to a collaborative team
n
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Legal right to work in Australia
n
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
National Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
n
Compliance with Category A immunisation requirements
