Busways is seeking a Leading Hand Mechanic at the Yamba Depot to lead a team in daily maintenance of our fleet. You will oversee repairs, mentor apprentices and drive quality and safety standards across workshop operations.

You will work closely with the Regional Assets team to ensure all vehicles meet contract obligations, while promoting continuous improvement and productive job sequencing in a busy workshop environment.
