Role Overview
n
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP & S/4HANA HCM Consultant with strong Australian Payroll experience to design, configure and support SAP HCM and payroll solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead workshops to gather payroll requirements and define business processes.
n
Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors ECP and S/4HANA HCM solutions.
n
Provide expertise on Australian payroll legislation and compliance, including Fair Work, ATO, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
n
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and payroll solutions.
n
Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, leave, allowances, deductions, STP, PAYG, superannuation, terminations and redundancy calculations.




n
Work across SAP HCM PA, OM, PY, TM and Benefits Administration.
n
Support integrations with Employee Central, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP FI/CO, banking and superannuation interfaces.
n
Manage payroll incidents and work closely with Payroll Managers, HR teams and business stakeholders.
n
Participate in governance meetings and service reviews.
n
n
Mandatory Skills
n
n
Around 10 years of SAP HCM / Payroll experience.
n
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ECP and S/4HANA HCM.
n
Proven Australian Payroll experience.
n
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance and legislation.
n
Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, STP, PAYG and Superannuation.
n
Robust stakeholder management and business communication skills.
n
Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative team player.
n
