We'relooking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day performance of our production team at Prima PMI.

Working closely with Team Leaders and reporting to the Production Manager,you'llplay a key role in keeping production running smoothly, supporting teamdevelopmentand ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.

The Role
n
This is a hands-on role whereyou'llsupport Team Leaders and help coordinate daily production activity.
n
You'llplay a key role in ensuring production targets are met
whilemaintainingstrong
quality standards and supporting the development of the production team.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Supporting Team Leaders to achieve production targets andmaintainservice level agreements
n
Leading toolbox meetings and supporting daily production coordination
n
Working withthe scheduling team to align onrostersand escalation whererequired
n
Coordinating with the warehouse team to manage stock availability
n
Monitoring operational reports and data toidentifyrisks or improvement opportunities
n
Conducting monthly 1:1meetingswith Team Leaders to support development
n
Supporting performance conversations and coaching whererequired
n
Maintaining strong quality standards and reducing internal defect rates
n




Escalating major operational challenges to the Production Manager whenrequired
n
n
You'llalso collaborate across the business with teams including Customer Service, Warehouse, OHS and Production Trainers to support smooth operations.
n

You'resomeone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems and supporting people to perform at their best.
n
You'llbring:
n
n
Previousexperience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
n
Experience working in manufacturing or print production environments
n
Familiarity with production management systems and operational reporting
n
Understanding of quality control and root cause analysis
n
Experience working with production machinery or process lines
n
n
You'llalso have the leadership skills needed to support front-line teams, including:

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
n
The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
Critical thinking and practical problem solving
n
Emotional intelligence when working with teams
