Salary range of $135K - $155K (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonuses

As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;
n
n




Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (some as low as 35 claims)
n
Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
n
Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
n
Be involved in projects and change management.
n

What You'll Bring
n
You're someone who combines technical capability with solid emotional intelligence.
n
n
Proven experience managing & assessing retail life insurance claims (income protection and/or TPD)
n
Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
n
Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
