What would I be doing?
n
As a client coordinator you will support a team of employment services staff that assist a client's journey from intake to employment/program exit. You will also be supporting staff perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
n
n
Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
n
Working with the Marketing Officer to develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies.
n
Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
n




Working with other employment service staff, employers, and participants by providing support to maximise integration, development, and achievement of goals set out in job plans.
