What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
n
Develop reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making
n
Track network performance across operations, sales, safety, productivity and financial metrics
n
Support business modelling, CAPEX analysis and investment decisions
n
Manage and report on key business initiatives and improvement projects
n
Facilitate workshops and document outcomes and actions
n
Partner with leaders to improve visibility, accountability and performance
n
Support safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
n




Help drive smarter ways of working across the NSW business
n
n
Ideally, you'd also have:
n
n
3+ years' experience in business analysis, operations reporting, commercial analysis or a similar role
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Experience working with business reporting and performance data
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Confidence presenting insights to leaders and supporting decision making
n
Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
n
Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
n
