Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm

As the first point of contact for customers at ourGriffithbranch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
n
You'll enjoy variety in your role including:
n
n
Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
n
Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
n
You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
n
Liaising with suppliers to support our customers
n
n

Previous face-to-face customer service experience

A desire to provide amazing customer experience

Capability to learn and absorb technical information
