As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing facilities safe, reliable and operating at their best.

As our Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you'll coordinate maintenance activities that support uninterrupted manufacturing in a highly regulated biotechnology setting.
n
Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality and external contractors, you'll coordinate preventative maintenance, contractor activities, calibration, compliance and facility services that keep our site operating safely and efficiently.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll coordinate a broad range of facilities and maintenance activities, including:
n
n
Coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance across the site.
n
Planning maintenance schedules to minimise disruption to manufacturing.
n
Coordinating contractors and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
n
Maintaining maintenance, calibration and compliance records that are always audit-ready.
n
Supporting equipment qualification and validation activities.
n
Monitoring facility systems,
building services and site infrastructure.
n
Coordinating site security, key management and contractor access.
n
Participating in an on-call roster for emergency maintenance support.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
n

What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for someone who combines practical maintenance knowledge with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Experience coordinating maintenance activities within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
n
Experience planning preventative maintenance programs.
n
Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders.
n
Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar electronic maintenance systems.
n
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Experience maintaining maintenance and compliance documentation.
n
A current Australian Driver Licence.
n
n
Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
n
This position is offered on a part-time basis (minimum three days per week).
n
