We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters and Trade Assistants to work on a site shut down in Narangba. Machinery and equipment will need to be dismantled with a strong attention to safety. These are skilled roles and will require you to have experience doing similar work. This site is expected to take 4-6 weeks to complete shut down working a 4 day week, before moving to another site. You will be required to do oxy cutting, basic welding and using tools like grinders and impact guns, Having a Dogman or Working at Heights ticket would be an advantage.

Full trade qualification is not required if you have substantial experience working as a Mechanical Fitter.

Pay rate based on trade and skills but for example Mechanical Fitter $55/hr + OT + daily travel allowance, Trade Assistant $40/hr + OT + daily travel allowance.



Hours required are 6:30am-4:30pm Monday- Thursday, with the occasional Friday required.

Do you have the following skills:

Experience in a similar role with site dismantle;
n
Site experience with strong attention to safety;
n
Physically fit and strong – this will be constant manual labour lifting, kneeling, climbing required;

Available for an immediate start;
n
Able to commit to the full 4-6 week job.
