What's the gig?
n
You'll take charge of the outbound/dispatch team, making sure customer orders, stock replenishments and bulk put‐away are completed before the shift wraps up.
n




You'll be the person who sets the team up for success, keeps everyone moving, solves problems as they pop up and makes sure the AM crew gets a proper handover.
n
What you'll bring:
n
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience who knows how to motivate a team, communicate openly and lead from the front.
n
Experience with outbound/dispatch, freight or ugly/modular freight is a big plus, but we're most interested in your ability to lead people, drive a solid safety culture and get the best out of your team.
n
