Momento Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Bella Vista Hotel, The Hills District's premier destinations for entertainment, dining, and events.

About the Role

Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including daily shift management and service execution.
n
Leading and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
n
Maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
n
Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting workplace health and safety practices.
n




Assisting in developing and maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Supporting the recruitment, induction, onboarding, and training of kitchen team members.
n
Contributing to a positive team culture focused on excellence and guest satisfaction.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, multifaceted hospitality venue.
n
A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
Strong leadership and team development skills.
n
High standards of food preparation, quality, and productivity.
n
The ability to build strong relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
n
Confidence in managing upwards and positively influencing teams.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
A strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations.
n
