Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior chefs to prepare & execute a wide range of dishes, adhering to established recipes & techniques
n
Assist in creating & refining menu items, offering input & creativity in presenting appealing & innovative dishes
n
Maintain a well organised & clean work station, ensuring proper storage & handling of ingredients
n
Collaborate with team members for timely execution of orders & a seamless kitchen operation
n
Assist in inventory management,
monitoring stock levels & communicating supply needs to senior chefsAdhere to health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe & clean working environment
n
Collaborate with colleges to ensure a seamless coordination during service
n

Participate in routine cleaning tasks & assist with maintaining equipment
