About the Role
n
We're seeking an experienced Audio Visual Programmer to help bring smart systems to life. This hands-on role involves custom programming, troubleshooting, and collaborating with installation teams to deliver tailored tech solutions to our clients.
n
Your hours will be spread amongst our Caringbah office, with occasional site visits to assist with commissioning or support.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Program and customise automation systems (Crestron, Control4, RTI, Q-SYS, etc.)
n
Provide remote support for AV,



automation, and smart security systems
n
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware/software/networking
issues
n
Create custom scripts and integrations for client-specific needs
n
Assist with system setup, configuration, and documentation
n
Collaborate with installers, project managers, and clients
n
Deliver training and support for end users and internal staff
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Solid experience with AV programming - ideally with Crestron, Control4, RTI, Q-SYS, DSPs
n
Strong understanding of IP networking, AV distribution, and system integration
n
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
n
Clear communication skills with a customer-first approach
n
Experience in AV integration or technical support is highly regarded
n
Solid attention to detail and ability to document work accurately
n
