About the Role
n Step into a leadership role with impact as Store Manager at the high-performing Macquarie location. Reporting to the District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind store success leading from the front, building a strong team culture and delivering a premium, style-focused customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front to drive sales, exceed KPIs and elevate service standards
n




Bring denim to life through styling expertise and customer connection
n
Oversee stock flow end-to-end: deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy
n
Execute and maintain visual merchandising that reflects the brand's identity and commercial edge
n
Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their full potential
n
Create a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing store culture
n
Ensure seamless daily operations in a busy, fast-paced environment
n

What You Bring
n
n
1-2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
n
A genuine passion for denim, fashion and personal styling
n
Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs
n
Strong operational skills within a high-volume retail setting
n
A natural leader who motivates, coaches and builds engaged teams
n
Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a fast-moving environment
n
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to create memorable styling experiences
n
