We are a Mining Title Consultant company which is a leader in mining tenement management throughout Australia and has been servicing the exploration and mining industry for over 35 years.

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Tenement Consultant who is experienced in tenement and title dealings throughout Australia. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is switched on and reliable to fit into our team. The position will be either full and based in Wangara, Western Australia.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Providing sound advice to clients on a range of subjects via interpretation of Mining Act **** and Mining Regulations ****
n
All aspects of mining tenement management including:n
n
Applications for mining tenements
n
Preparation and lodgement of statutory requirements
n
n
n
Ideal candidate will possess
n
n
Experience working in mining tenement management
n




A high level of knowledge of the Mining Act and Regulations with the ability to apply this knowledge in a broad range of situations
n
Database management experience with software would be looked upon favourably
n
High competency in Microsoft Office, Mineral Titles Online and Tengraph
n
Excellent time management, written and verbal communications as well as organisational skills
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A commitment to excellent client service

Self-motivated and driven
n
A readiness to ensure both high quality work and ethical standards are met
n
The ability to both adapt to a new working environment and to work effectively in a team
