The Position:

Serve high quality coffee and provide a friendly, skilled customer experience every shift
n
Keep coffee machines and equipment clean, well-maintained, and ready for action
n
Communicate clearly to ensure smooth service in a busy café environmentTake pride in your work and help create a welcoming café experience for every customer

The Person:
n

RSA or willing to obtain
n
Proven experience as a barista in a busy café environment
n
Passionate about delivering great coffee and excellent service
n
Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
n
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n
