About You
n
n
A current Qld Manual Drivers Licence and a sound driving record
n
A Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification (unless currently completing an apprenticeship)
n
Broad dealership knowledge and automotive experience (preferably Mazda)
n
At least 3.5 years' experience in the trade (unless an Apprentice)
n
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
n
Excellent problem solving and exceptional communication skills
n
Have a strong ability to work within a large dynamic team
n
Have valuable personal presentation
n
Be reliable and have a positive attitude
n
Be driven, show initiative and determination
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Performing service,
repair and maintenance work on a range of new and used vehicles.
n
Diagnosing, troubleshooting and rectifying mechanical and electronic faults.
n
Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
n
Conducting road tests and final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery.
n
Recommending additional repairs and maintenance where required.
n
Providing guidance and support to apprentice technicians.
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
n
