THE OPPORTUNITY
n
Hosmed are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value medical gas and specialist systems projects. This is not a role for someone who prefers managing spreadsheets over managing outcomes.
n
You'll be on the ground, leading teams, solving problems and delivering projects in some of Queensland's most demanding environments: live hospitals, research labs and critical industrial facilities. If you thrive on complexity and take personal pride in delivery, this is your role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
Take full ownership of project delivery: scope, programme, budget, safety and quality
n
Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors and junior staff to achieve exceptional outcomes
n
Drive HSEQ compliance and maintain Hosmed's uncompromising standards on every project
n
Manage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and confidence
n




Identify and resolve non-conformances quickly and decisively
n
Report accurately and transparently to the Director on all project matters
n
Play an active role in building the capability and culture of the team
n
WHAT YOU BRING
n
Proven track record delivering complex construction or fit-out projects
(healthcare/medical
sector experience is highly regarded)
n
Strong leadership presence. Your teams follow you because they respect you, not because the org chart says so
n
Trade background or degree in Construction Management (both valued; trade licence is a bonus)
n
White Card and construction compliance knowledge (OHS Cert IV advantageous)
n
Commercially sharp: you understand budgets, contracts and risk
n
Tech-literate: confident with construction software and digital project management platforms
n
The maturity to manage up, across, and down with equal skill
