We are seeking a motivated Technical & Quality Manager to support our concrete and quarry operations across North Queensland.

This is a hands-on role combining quality assurance, technical support, and customer liaison.
n
Location: Ayr or Townsville
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Coordinate quarry material testing and maintain lot control.
n
Manage technical data for tenders, project start-ups and TMR registrations.
n
Oversee concrete mix trials and quarry blend trials.
n
Review raw material performance, testing methods and mix costs.
n
Provide technical support and fit-for-purpose material recommendations to customers.
n
Assist Sales with pricing for complex specifications.
n




Assist with weighbridge or machinery operation when required.
n
Skills & Experience
n
Civil Engineering degree - highly desirable.
n
Where a Civil Engineering degree is absent - experience in managing a civil earthworks testing laboratory
n
Experience in concrete, quarry or construction materials either in production or on site placement.
n
Solid knowledge of QA/QC, aggregates and material testing methods and specifications.
n
Ability to interpret specifications and laboratory results.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
