We are seeking a Change Lead to drive the end to end change approach for a large, enterprise transformation. Spanning workforce management, rostering, scheduling, payroll and finance, you will work closely with executive, operational, technology, payroll and program stakeholders to ensure seamless business adoption.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and lead the end-to-end change strategy across workforce management and finance.
n
Own all communication, learning, change and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation.
n
Build, lead and mentor high-performing Change and Deployment teams throughout the life of the program.
n
Partner closely with business and technology leaders to minimise operational disruption while driving successful adoption of the technology and process improvements.
n
Experience in developing and delivering impact assessments, communications and engagement approaches, and learning solutions that build capability, support adoption, and enable business readiness.
n
Establish feedback loops, evaluate campaign effectiveness,



and deliver high-level briefings and reports to project governance forums, ensuring that all change activities are aligned with overall program delivery and implementation milestones.

Monitor adoption, engagement and change outcomes, using data and feedback to continuously improve the deployment approach.
n
Coach senior leaders and operational stakeholders to build visible sponsorship and sustained adoption.

Selection Criteria
n
n
10+ years' experience leading organisational change across complex business, technology and process transformation initiatives in highly complex and geographically dispersed organisations.
n
Prior experience in delivering enterprise level change in Workforce Management, Rostering/ Scheduling, Payroll and Finance.
n
Experience in developing and delivering impact assessments, communication and engagement approaches, and learning solutions that build capability, support adoption and enable business readiness.
n
Experience building and leading high-performing Change and Deployment teams through all phases of program delivery.
n
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
n
