About the role:
n
Based at our Sydney Head Office, this role supports national accounts by delivering high-quality customer service and coordinating freight and project activities. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing customer enquiries with a high level of service
n
Coordinating national accounts and supporting Project Managers
n
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
n
Using internal and third-party systems to support operations
n
Quoting and coordinating project work
n
Resolving customer queries and supporting ad-oc reporting
n
n
What you will bring to this role:

Experience in a customer service or administration-based role
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
A proactive, highly motivated approach
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
n
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
n
