Key Responsibilities
n
n
Greet and assist guests warmly on arrival and departure, creating a memorable first and last impression.
n
Transfer guests' luggage to and from rooms promptly and with care.
n
Drive the hotel passenger vehicle and courtesy bus as required.
n
Keep the hotel foyer and entrance impeccably clean and presented at all times.
n
Book and organise guest transportation and follow up on special requests end-to-end.
n
Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Be a knowledgeable local guide - share information on Fremantle, hotel services and upcoming events.
n
Action guest messages promptly and communicate any feedback or complaints to management.
n
Comply with all WH&S;, cashiering and operational policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

A warm, friendly manner with a genuine passion for guest service.

Valid driver's licence and confidence driving a passenger vehicle or bus.
n
Robust local knowledge of the Fremantle area.
n
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they're asked.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends.
