We're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading manufacturing site in theWodonga area. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping a highly automated production facility running efficiently while contributing to ongoing reliability and continuous improvement projects.
n The Role As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
n

Electrical fault finding on production and packaging equipment
n
Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
n
PLC fault finding and troubleshooting (advantageous)
n
Electrical installations and project work
n
Continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant reliability
n
Working closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
n
Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
n

About You To be successful you will have:
n
n
A current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
n
Experience as a Maintenance Electrician within manufacturing
n
Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Experience working with motors, VSDs, sensors and control systems
n
Exposure to PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron or similar)
n
A proactive attitude with strong communication skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
