Graduate Tradesperson to Supervisor (Residential Construction)

We are seeking experienced Carpenters and Bricklayers who are looking to transition into a Site Supervisor position with a well-established residential builder delivering projects across Sydney. This is a full-time opportunity offering hands-on training, support, and clear career progression into site management.

If you have strong trade experience and leadership potential, this role will give you the platform to grow into a successful Supervisor.

What you'll be doing
n
Assist in coordinating and supervising trades onsite
n
Ensure work is completed to required quality and timeframes
n
Support site operations including scheduling, deliveries, and logistics
n
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
n
Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
n
Learn to manage project timelines, budgets,
and reporting
n
Gradually take ownership of site supervision responsibilities
n
What we're looking for

Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
n
Natural leadership ability or experience leading small teams
n
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate trades
n
Keen interest in progressing into a
supervisory/management
role
n
Basic understanding of residential construction processes
