We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, grow and inspire our sales function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.

You'll work closely with the managing directors to align sales performance with broader business objectives, while remaining hands-on in key negotiations and market expansion.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to company growth goals
n
Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets
n
Drive new business development while nurturing and expanding key accounts
n
Forecast sales performance, manage budgets,



and report to managing directors
n
Identify current market opportunities, channels and partnerships
n
Collaborate with Marketing & production optimise outcomes
n
Establish and refine sales processes, KPIs and CRM reporting
n
Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings
n

Desired Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar)
n
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams
n
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
n
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capability
n
