We are seeking a reliable individual who has the ability to think on their feet and work proactively and efficiently.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for providing experienced technical and general maintenance services at our processing facility in Somerville.
n
Hours of work:
n
5:00am - 5:00pm or 3:00pm - 3:00am
n
Week 2 = Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
n
Week 4 = Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Plan, coordinate and execute preventative and reactive maintenance
n
Diagnosis and repair of machinery in a timely manner
n
Meet company KPI's
n
Assist with the installation and relocation of associated equipment
n
To comply with all relevant OH&S; legislation
n
Manage general repair and maintenance of equipment
n
Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobs
n
Maintain an efficient and up to date data recording system
n
Strong knowledge of various maintenance methods and the ability to investigate problems,



determine and implement root cause corrections
n
n
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
n
n
Hands on and show of commitment
n
Successful completion of an appropriate Fitter/turner and or Electrical trade
n
Technical skill set across a variety of engineering competencies (Welding, Fabrication etc)
n
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
n
Hold a current driver's licence with own vehicle
n
Be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing demands
n
Valuable computer literacy with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
n
Good analytical skills, attention to detail and decision-making ability
n
Proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team
n
Ability to work autonomously, without supervision
n
Availability to work an on-call roster on weekends
n
n
